When do I pay?
Pay ₹500 as booking amount first. The remaining balance is paid after your frame is ready and you’ve approved the final look.
Can I customize text?
Yes, absolutely! Everything is 100% customizable – names, dates, text, layout, and more.
What if the frame gets damaged during delivery?
In rare cases (under 0.5%), if your frame is damaged in delivery, please share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours.
After verification, send the frame back and we’ll repair it free of cost and resend it.
No unboxing video = no claim.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver Pan-India. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
